International Support Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance/Preventative Maintenance Estimator to become a part of its team! The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in running facilities maintenance projects and preventative maintenance programs, preferably in or for a government organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide estimates of work to be done at the relevant government facilities, including preventive maintenance, service calls, and out-of-contract work.
• Oversee and coordinate all commercial facilities maintenance transactions
• Communicate with government employees/inspectors
• Investigate and resolve clients' complaints
• Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
• Enforce rules and regulations governing applicable buildings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and preventative maintenance, preferably in a government organization.
• Experience with RS means software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
